Hallo, kann man den Schraubstock 1 zu 1 gegen das Drehfutter tauschen oder braucht man eine Adapterplatte?

Mal ne Frage: Ich sehe bei dem Vakuumspannen keine Löcher oder sind das ganz kleine Löcher die das Vakuum erzeugen? Frage deshalb, weil ich für einen Kunden eine spezielle Lösung zum spannen für Schaumstoff suche.

Welche Schnittdaten empfehlen sie fuer Datron 00686014E bitte? Drehzahl, Vorschub, Zustellung?

this is all good, but how to change the spindle speed during operation, datron AG?

Kann man wenigstens eine Preisklasse erfahren? So "Ab Betrag XY ist man bei einer Datron Neo dabei"? Ich denke viele Leute die in die Branche einsteigen würden oder evtl. Gedanken haben sich selbstständig zu machen wären interessiert. Ich bin selber in der Position in der ich ggf. in den Formenbau einsteigen möchte aber ein schlechtes Gefühl hab da Anfragen rauszuschicken obwohl ich mir nicht sicher bin ob es überhaupt in meiner Preisklasse liegt. Arbeite selber mit Mikron Mill P Maschinen aber da ist man erst dabei ab dem Preis eines Einfamilienhauses.

Hello Marc, I'm using a 0068493S on my new Datron Neo. I'm milling a 4mm hole 16mm deep into L168 aluminium. What would you say is the best speed, feed and technique would be for this job? I'm using Fusion 360, and currently using a 2D contouring sequence ramping down at 1 degree. 35000rpm, 595mm/min ramp speed. It seems to be ok but I've broken 2 cutters. I'd be very grateful if you can help.

Habe dies sehr erfolgreich verwendet - danke. Ich habe aber eine Frage bitte: haben sie irgendwelche Plaene fuer einem Einschneider mit integrietrtem Schwalbenschwanz, so dass Wand und Fase zusammen in einem Arbeitsgang gefraest werden koennen? Zweischneider sind zwar OK, aber manchmal verklebt sich das Vakuumpapier an den Fraeser, was bei Einschneider nie passiert.
